Kevin Wattana, from the Karen Hill Tribe Group, has been growing and processing coffee for many years. The coffee on his two small farms is shade-grown alongside native plants and orange trees. Kevin mainly cultivates Catimor and other heirloom varieties including Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra. 

His focus on natural process coffee quality is impressive, as we experienced during our visit to his farms. Kevin has built his own shade drying beds and dark room drying facilities with a low humidity and low temperature setup to meticulously control his processing. During our visit, we had the opportunity to tour his farm, harvest coffee, and participate in the processing. We stayed at Kevin's home for a day, where we brewed and shared coffee in his cozy home coffee corner. We parted ways the next day after breakfast, cherishing the experience and hospitality.

We are thrilled to bring Kevin's coffee to Canada, marking the first time his coffee has been exported. We can't wait for you to try Kevin’s exceptional coffee.
