Please note: Our team is available by email, phone, and live chat during these hours. Messages received outside of Customer Service hours, including evenings and weekends, will be answered as soon as possible during the next business day.
How to reach us
- Begin a chat using the blue chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen. We use an AI assistant that uses information from our Help Centre, product descriptions, and your order history to help answer your questions. However, if you need to reach a human, someone from our team will respond as soon as possible.
