  • Note for Monthly Subscribers

    All first-time subscription orders are shipped right away. Subsequent orders are sent at the beginning of each month.

    If your first order is placed before the last 10 days of a month, your second order will ship the beginning of the following month. If your first order is placed during the last 10 days of a month, your second order will skip the following month before resuming. We do this to ensure you don't receive too much coffee at one time!

    If at any point you wish to make changes to your delivery schedule, you can do so in your customer account.

  • Subscriptions with 3+ Bags

    Due to our limited and micro lots, any 3+ bag subscriptions may not contain completely unique selections between months. That being said, we try our best to provide folks with new coffees and experiences! There will be no duplicates within the same shipment. 

  • Flavour Requests

    For us to be able to curate the most exciting and diverse coffee experience for everyone, we are unable to accommodate special flavour/process requests in the order notes. Instead, we suggest checking out our Build Your Own Subscription program, which enables you to express flavour preferences.

    However, we can accept requests to grind the coffee before shipping.
