Shipping & Delivery

There will be no courier pickups on Monday, February 17, 2025 due to Family Day in Alberta. Pickups will resume Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

We ship parcels Monday to Friday – excluding holidays – and do our best to fulfill orders and ship them out as soon as we can. If we need to roast new batches for your order, it may take us up to 3 business days to ship out coffee. Orders with pre-order item(s) will be shipped together on the indicated pre-order date.

Canada
Free shipping Canada wide on orders over $40 CAD. 

We use Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and Fedex for our shipping. We mainly use UPS. Please contact us if you prefer your order to be shipped with a different courier.

Typical transit times are as following:

  • AB: 1 to 4 Business Days
  • BC & SK: 2 to 5 Business Days
  • MB & ON: 4 to 8 Business Days
  • QC: 5 to 10 Business Days
  • Maritimes: 6 to 14 Business Days
  • Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut: 4 to 12 Business Days

Rural areas may experience longer shipping times. Express shipping is available at extra cost.

Local Delivery (Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park)
Minimum order for delivery is $15 CAD. Delivery Fee is $4. Free Local Delivery over $35 CAD.

We deliver within Edmonton's city limits, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park Monday through Friday. 

  • If your address is a house, we will leave your order by your door and ring your door bell. Please let us know of any special instructions in the notes during check out.
  • If you live in an apartment building, condo, or other place with a special entrance, please leave us delivery instructions in the notes section of your order.

We mark all Local Order as Delivered at the end of the day or the following day.

If you choose Free Local Delivery and the address you provided in not valid for our free delivery service, you will have the following options: 

  • Provide an Edmonton, St. Albert, or Sherwood Park address.
  • Adjust your shipping method for the address on file at an additional cost (if below $40). 
  • Add items to your order to qualify for Free Shipping. 
USA
Free shipping on orders over $33 USD including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

We ship our orders to the USA using mainly UPS and Canada Post. Canada Post passes the parcel to USPS and you can track with both Canada Post and USPS. In some cases, we also ship with DHL and Fedex. You can leave a note if you have a preferred courier and we will do our best to use your preferred courier.

Typical transit time to USA is 4-9 business days. Express shipping via UPS and DHL is available at extra cost.

Customs, Duties, and Tariffs
  • You are responsible for any customs and duty fees if deemed necessary by the US Custom service.
  • Your order may be subject to brokerage and tariffs due to the continual trade negotiations. 
  • As of February 4th 2025, products manufactured in China are now being subjected to brokerage and tariff fees by the US Custom Service and you are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery. We cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays with courier companies.
  • Products with NO tariffs: Coffee, ORIGAMI, Hario, and Cafec. you will not be subjected to any fees upon taking delivery of your order for these products for orders under USD 800. Mixed orders containing product manufactured in China will be subject to brokerage and tariff.
Europe
Free shipping to UK, Germany, Austria, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Hungry, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Spain & Denmark on orders over $100 CAD.

We provide shipping via Canada Post who will pass it on to your national courier. We also provide shipping options via Fedex and DHL at extra cost. Orders over $100 CAD ship free but the shipping method will be up to us.

All shipping will have TRACKING numbers unless the "NO-TRACKING" option is selected.

Asia
Free shipping to Singapore, China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Macao, and Taiwan on orders over $150 CAD.

We provide shipping via UPS and FedEx who will pass it on to your national courier. We also provide shipping options with other courier services at an extra cost.

Orders over $150 CAD ship free but the shipping method will be up to us. All shipping will have TRACKING number unless the "NO-TRACKING" option is selected.

Philippines & Australia
Free shipping over $250 CAD.

We provide shipping via Canada Post who will pass it on to your national courier. We also provide shipping options via DHL, UPS, and Fedex at an extra cost.

Orders over $250 CAD ship free but the shipping method will be up to us. All shipping will have TRACKING number unless the "NO-TRACKING" option is selected.

Other Regions

We are currently shipping to additional countries not listed above on an order-by-order basis.

Duties, Tariffs, and Customs

Customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and/or customs taxes. We cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays with the courier companies. We will try our best to assist you if needed with any issues that may arise.

Damaged Items

We try our best to ensure your order arrives safely to you. If you experience issues or receive a damaged item in your order, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving the order, so we can rectify this for you as soon as possible. Any shipping issues due to improper information provided by the customer cannot be absorbed by our small business.

Note: If we do not receive a response within 1 week from when we send notification about your package, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. Initial shipping fees will be subtracted from refunded value.

Stolen Packages

If your order was stolen from your property, we are not able to reship or absorb the loss. Any re-shipping fees required will be the responsibility of the buyer and are required to be settled before we ship the package again.
