Gentle Wave
GENTLE WAVE coffees are smooth and deep with notes of chocolate and nuts. Origins may include (but not limited to) Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Myanmar, Thailand and more.
Great for your daily coffee and when making pots for your friends and family!
Surging Wave
SURGING WAVE coffees have a vibrant acidity backbone. Origins may include (but not limited to) Colombia, Ethiopia, Honduras, Kenya, Myanmar, and more.
They are likely a meticulously washed coffee, which means clean, clear flavour notes.
Rogue Wave
ROGUE WAVE coffees will be packed with intense and wild flavours, often containing different varietals and/or experimental processing methods. Origins and processes may be any and/or all.
These may come in 250g bags.
Decaf
Our DECAF coffee ranges from comfortable and sweet to more dynamic brews.
Note that we generally only have 1 DECAF option at a time.
