Aquacode is a natural mineral concentrate designed to optimize your brewing water for better extraction and a more balanced cup. It was developed by a team of deep ocean water experts, brewing professionals, and coffee connoisseurs, and uses patented ion tempering technology to precisely calibrate the calcium-to-magnesium ion concentration ratio. Their research found that a 1:2.7 calcium-to-magnesium ratio creates an ideal balance of acidity and sweetness. The formula has even been used by national Brewers Cup champions in competition.
This 15mL bottle contains around 400 drops.
Directions
- Shake well before use.
- Add 3–5 drops to 500mL water, or 6–10 drops to 1L water.
- Stir and let sit for a few seconds before brewing.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 3 years from the date of production.
Precautions
- For dilution only – do not use directly.
- If crystals appear, shake well before use; this is normal.
- Adjust the number of drops based on personal preferences.
- KH-free – adjust as needed for specific water profiles.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Not recommended for use with non-potable water.
