Eulises Guzman is a third generation coffee grower, and it was his father who taught him about the trade of farming coffee. According to Eulises, coffee has enabled them to provide for the family, give his kids an education, and live with dignity. He learned about specialty coffee in the early 2000s and became very interested in improving his coffee quality. This journey led him to standardize his processing methods and increase the quality.
