Meet our new favourite dripper! The ORIGAMI Dripper features 20 ridges, each cut to a precise depth to create an air channel between the filter paper and the dripper wall. Water drains at a steady rate, so you control the speed of every brew and get the extraction you want.
The ORIGAMI dripper also gives you two brewing styles in one dripper. A conical filter builds a deeper coffee bed, which extracts the top and bottom layers of grounds differently. A wave filter makes a shallower bed, so water passes through faster for a more even, stable extraction. You can brew the same coffee both ways and taste the difference yourself.
The S size brews 1 to 2 cups. It is compatible with filters such as:
- Hario V60-01
- Kono 1–2 cup
- Kalita 155 wave filters
The founder of Trunk Coffee and ORIGAMI Japan designed this dripper, and its playful folded-paper shape makes it as fun to look at as it is to brew with. ORIGAMI makes each one in Japan from Mino porcelain, a craft with over 400 years of manufacturing history. Porcelain holds heat well, which makes it an ideal brewing material. The dripper is microwave and dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand washing.
