The Timemore Black Mirror BASIC 3 keeps the core features of Timemore's BASIC line: 0.1g accuracy, weight-activated timing, and a clean interface. It adds electromagnetic shielding for steadier readings, three dedicated timer modes (Regular, Pour-Over, and Espresso), real-time flow-rate tracking, and a multifunction slider for switching between functions. A wrap-around silicone mat improves grip and spill management. The chassis is 25% lighter and 35% smaller than previous BASIC models.
The scale offers IPX3 water resistance on its top surface. Please note: The USB-C charging port is not water resistant, and the scale should not be submerged in liquid. Accuracy may be affected while charging. A 1600mAh battery provides up to 24 hours of screen-on time, with USB-C charging.
