Geometry | 80º wide angle: The UFO uses an unprecedented 80º interior angle, making it the most forgiving conical brewer out there. The wide angle increases contact time between coffee and water, so you get full extraction even with smaller doses.
Shallower walls also mean your bed depth barely changes when your dose does, so your results stay consistent from brew to brew. On top of that, the wider contact surface with the filter and the build-up of fines above the bed give you a noticeably cleaner cup.
Consistency | Air channels: In place of traditional ribs, the UFO uses air channels that keep the filter from clinging to the walls and maintain steady airflow throughout the brew. They balance pressure above and below the dripper, which reduces clogging and stalling and keeps your water flow stable no matter what else changes. Pair the UFO with the Disputer tool for a perfect filter set and consistent bypass every time.
Thermal stability | BPA-free ECOZEN: The V3 uses ECOZEN, a BPA-free material developed in-house by SK Chemicals in Korea. Its low thermal conductivity holds your slurry at a stable temperature through the whole brew, giving you higher extraction efficiency.
