By using the same material as the cup, we have minimized the error in the mouthfeel. Taste is an extremely delicate thing that is also influenced by the material of the tableware that touches the mouth. ORIGAMI's cupping spoons are made of the same ceramics as their cups, in order to eliminate fluctuations in mouthfeel (the texture when you put it in your mouth) due to differences in materials when cupping. You can judge the taste of coffee more purely with the feeling of your usual cup.

Oval handle that fits comfortably in the hand and reduces fatigue. The cross section is oval and has a bulge, making it more comfortable to hold and less tiring. They have achieved an exquisite sense shape that fits your grip no matter the size of your hand.

Large angle to prevent interference with the cup to avoid interfering with the cupping bowl and to make it easier to scoop up less coffee. (The angle of the spoon is steeper than that of a regular spoon)

 *Regarding uneven coloring of cupping spoons*
A portion of the back of the handle of the black cupping spoon may be white, but this is because the glaze is not applied to that portion of the cupping spoon as it is fired while suspended. It is not damaged and this is a natural effect of how the spoon is fired.　

Also, please note that both black and white items may look uneven because the parts that were hung during the above manufacturing process are colored with glaze later.
