About ORIGAMI Tone Cups
ORIGAMI designed its Tone Cups around a simple idea: The shape of a cup changes how you experience your tea. Every tea has its own ideal brewing method, and temperature, aroma, and flavour develop differently as a result. The Tone series, which includes Fukami, Yoin, and Kaori, pairs each cup's form with a tea's character to bring those qualities forward and shape the aftertaste.
About Kaori
Kaori is made for aromatic teas brewed between 70 and 80°C. Its wide, open form gently lifts your tea's natural aroma, so the fragrance rises to meet you the moment the cup reaches your lips. The softly spreading silhouette keeps both aroma and flavour light, giving you a refreshing sip and a clean aftertaste. It's the cup you'll reach for when you want to slow down and savour every bit of fragrance.
Each Kaori cup is finished in a kiln-change glaze, so colour and texture vary from piece to piece. Yours may look slightly different from the product photos.
