We roast light to medium for all our coffees, with the goal of highlighting what makes each coffee unique rather than roasting flavours into it, showcasing the single-origin coffee’s variety, terroir and processing. We source primarily from micro lots and small producers, so each coffee is roasted with intention to best express its character. If you tend to enjoy richer, more comforting profiles, look for tasting notes like chocolatey, nutty, or approachable within our lineup. We’re always happy to help guide you toward a coffee that fits your taste.
